Partner Refunds

Trustico® provides exclusive pricing and discounts to its partners, allowing them to purchase SSL Certificates at a lower price point compared to standard retail customers.

Because of these discounted rates, partner orders are not eligible for refunds once they have been issued.

When a partner places an order, the SSL Certificate is processed and issued at a reduced cost as part of the partnership agreement. This discounted pricing structure is designed to provide partners with the best possible rates, ensuring they can pass on savings to their customers.

However, due to these lower price points, refunds are not offered once the Certificate has been issued.

Prepaid Balance Refunds

Trustico® requires certain partners to prepay for their SSL Certificates in order to access special pricing and benefits. This prepaid balance is used to secure SSL Certificates at discounted rates, ensuring that partners can order SSL Certificates at any time without delays.

Funds deposited into a prepaid balance are generally not eligible for a refund.

Since prepayment is a requirement for partners to maintain access to their exclusive pricing structure, any funds added to the account are intended for use within the Trustico® system.

This policy ensures that partners can continue benefiting from bulk pricing while allowing Trustico® to maintain fair and consistent pricing across all partner accounts.

Commitment to Partner Success

Trustico® values its partnerships and is committed to providing high-quality SSL solutions at competitive prices. By maintaining a prepaid balance, partners can efficiently manage their orders without disruptions while benefiting from the best pricing available.

If partners have any questions about their account, pricing structure, or policies, they are encouraged to contact us for further clarification.
